Okay so... I meant to mention this the other day and forgot...
So I pretty much only play this game for the league, I race twice a week with a group of people.. that's it. So the other day I got an invite from one of the guys while I was playing Call of Duty and decided to go over and play in a public lobby for a Talladega race....had to wait a few minutes for the guys racing to finish but for the first time since I've been playing online we ended up with a full 16 player lobby. Race started loading.. no problem... get the setup in.. alright... everyone ready's up... ookay moving along.. loading screen... no glitches or people booted.. great.. but then........
.....the cars loaded on track and suddenly I wasn't as excited for a good race... my car was sitting in the infield facing the inside wall before pit row... there was a car in front of me pointed up toward the track and two others to the right.. one on the track but pointed down the track and slightly rolling... another facing the wall from the bottom of the track at the exit of turn 4... I start moving my camera around and behind me there are 2 cars
on their roofs and another off about 50 feet to the left that looked like he was the only car actually ready for the start, as well as other randomly placed cars all over the track and apron. I couldn't believe my eyes... I just said wow and laughed a few times before turning Call of Duty back on..... it was the most ridiculous display of terrible programming I think I've ever seen in any NASCAR game... I can't understand for the life of me what they could have missed in the code somewhere along the line that would make cars upside down... and strewn all over the infield like its the end of the race and Tony just went for the win.
Terrible... just terrible.. don't ever expect to finish a race when you start this game up.
There is no emoticon for the amount of face palm I would use to describe how much of a cluster**** it was.
