And the rich get richer . . .
The current leader of the standings,
@Blake Hylton, continues to impress as his pick of Brad Keselowski in the #2 car finished in 4th place in the Auto Club 400 held at (pick one) the
Auto Club Speedway, located in the city of
Fontana in the state of
California . . .
And although
@Blake Hylton has no race winners among the five "A list" drivers he's used so far this year, that's the fourth consecutive race that he's picked a driver that's finished fourth or better.
mercy
Meanwhile,
@jpell15 beat out
@Johali for the season's second "Wiping Up the Rear" award as his pick of Trevor Bayne finished dead last ahead of
@Johali's pick of Jeffrey Earnhardt, who finished next to last.
Congrats to
@Brentford and
@Clutch who shared this week's "Highest Finishing Pick" award with myself when Kyle Larson managed to get by Kyle Busch for a 2nd place finish. The most upward movement in the standings was also achieved by
@Brentford with his move up nine positions into ninth place.
Fortunately for all playing the game, no one picked 35th place finisher Kevin Harvick to win his fourth consecutive race of the season. On the flip side, however, no player took advantage of the efforts of race winner Truex Jr. or those of Logano, Hamlin, Jones, Blaney, Johnson, or Austin Dillon, who finished 5th through 10th, respectively.
