NFL 2017-2018

They may be but where are your Buccaneers?

I'm a huge Drew Brees fan, been a fan of his since his San Diego.

I hate Sean Peyton with a passion and I'm still going to talk trash, its still all love at the end of the day.:D

My team isn't in it, but I still like to talk.lol

Fire those kneeling sons of b!tches! Refusing to kick an extra point is tantamount to treason.

Three of the four remaining teams have never won a Super Bowl.

But the one that has will probably do it again.

That play is going down in history, that said I hope the Eagles kick the Vikings ass next week

Dude, I’m not a Vikings fan. But I can’t stop watching that play. It’s flat out amazing.

We’ll be saying, “I was at so and so watching that game” 50 years from now.

The only thing I can compare it to in sports to a team I have pulled for, is the sid bream slide for the braves.

Sports.

Wow, what a day of football yesterday. Both coming down to the end but nothing like the dubbed Minnesota Miracle. That, was insane. Four lead changes in the last 180 seconds. R U kidding me?

Neither of those games resulted in what I wanted to see but damn they were entertaining.

I'm pretty sure that the NFL's Jeweler has an appointment at Gillette Stadium to do ring fittings today.

Too bad it was a botched tackle instead of a great play.

Ummm the Jags could surprise a lot of people.....wait....I was dreaming, actually should be a good game, I don't think it's going to be a blowout by any means. Jags are peaking at the right time, but Pats have the GOAT, so I still think they are going to the Super Bowl.

If you look at the other 3 teams left and the QB they have, you'll see it's not all Tom Brady. It's a team sport. Brady wouldn't be as great as he is without the people around him being great as well.

I gotta get your opinion on all the reports going on about Brady, Kraft, and Belichick. Hows that playing out in NE? Do you think there is any truth to what's being reported?

A true football fan. :D

Something to take note of: Brady was beat by the Giants twice in the Super Bowl. Tom Coughlin was the coach there. He now has orchestrated the Jaguars rise up to this point. I'm pretty certain the one person who has beaten Belichick in the big game twice will have a plan to take him on this time.

It all depends on who you read and listen too. WEEI is a good source of what is accurate. My personal opinion on what is going on is that most of it is exaggerated from what I've been hearing and seeing. The Alex Guerro thing could have some truth to it, Brady puts a lot of faith in that dude, after coming back from his ACL injury The TB12 thing has taken off and I do think that has extended his career, even though it is questioned by true health people. The three, Bill, Brady and Kraft are supposedly sitting down at the end of the season and hashing this out and clearing the air, If they win another SB I can't seeing anything dramatically changing. I think Bill wants 7 rings, stand alone in that department, then he and Brady will retire, hoping Josh stays on until then and takes over for Bill. I really think as usual the media blew this up, ESPN was looking for ratings, it's pretty much business as usual here in New England, everyone is pumped up for the Jags, should be a good close game, a tough game I think.

Cool. A lot of times I don't think you get a real clear picture of things from the national media on this kind of thing. They hit at nuggets of the story, but don't do a deep dive and talk about it non stop like local media does. The thing that really got me from the espn article was players going to Guerro instead of the team docs.

I'm not sure you're going to keep Josh around, I have a feeling he's gone after this year.

At some point though, the Pats are going to have to prepare for the post Brady era, its coming sooner than later. (not saying he's slowing down, but it'll happen at some point)

Titans just fired their coach.....unreal.

This might be where McDaniels ends up.

Two more years I think for Brady, I think Josh might surprise a lot of people and stay. He's well liked here, Kraft likes him and I think he wants to take over for Bill. Patricia is gone and rumors have it another sideline coach might be heading to Arizona http://www.weei.com/blogs/ryan-hann...portedly-very-much-play-arizona-head-coaching

Apparenlty they offered a contract extension and then the two decided to "part ways". So maybe he wasn't fired..maybe he quit.

He's probably had enough of the politics, Mularkey did a good job and turned the team around.

I guess they (Titans front office) had higher expectations, but Mariotta needs better receiving targets IMHO.

A lot depends on which Blake Bortles shows up. Hopefully we get Good Blake like we got yesterday.
