Jaguars defense should go on strike after that. To play that good and Bortles to play that bad. Should have been a blowout and is another miserable loss instead.

Cowboys fan going back to 1970, but sad to hear the report. Joe Theismann was in attendance today, 33 years ago to the day when his leg was horrendously broke during a Monday night against the Giants. He was 35 years old at the time and never played again.
Hopefully Smith will recover.

I saw that. I didn’t watch the replay. I saw Alex afterward and he looked to be in good spirits given the circumstances.
Brutal. I wish him well. I’ve always liked Smith and respected his abilities.

I watched that 1985 Monday game on a cheap 19 inch screen. Thankfully it was not vivid enough to immediately reveal the gruesome nature. I knew it was bad by Lawrence Taylor's s reaction. I never wanted to watch the replay and never did.
 
And that's all she wrote on the Eagles season.
 
There was an Eagles player before last years Super Bowl who said he'd rather win 1 super bowl and have fun than win 5 super bowls and play for the Patriots.

Hope he's having fun this year.
 
I sure hope its a good game between the Rams and Chiefs tonight...but I also hope the Rams win.

They were a flash in the pan last year. Got hot and won it all. Thats not me sooking as a Pats fan. They were the better team in the Super Bowl and deserved to win the game but i would of been shocked to see them make another run at it this year.

They did have talent tho, I mean they are a shell of what they were last year. Pats are still legit contenders, they aren't.

Right the number 1 team a year ago that went 13-3 was only just hot. The Eagles are decimated by injuries this year being their first problem. They will be back.
