NFL 2022-23

I didn't like the way Jones handled Landry which was the lowest, and for not leaving the team to Jimmy Johnson to run. I believe they would have more Super Bowls if he had left him alone and the one that a dumbass like Switzer got was inherited or built off of Johnson's leftovers.

But Jones tried and made peace with Landry and they bought him back to honor and give him the recognition he deserved. I don't think getting rid of an older Landry was a bad decesion it was just the way it was carried out. Landry was a legend and he deserved a more respectful exit.

I think Jones biggest problem or the thing that most hate overall is the overall the top ego and enthusiasm but that isn't an altogether awful thing. His ambition and love for the Cowboys and their legacy is something I relate too.

I don't worry about the haters it would be foolish and who cares. It is all subjective people have their favorites and the teams they don't like or hate. It is hard to be passionate and not be bent that way.

All of my favorite football memories growing up was with watching Roger Staubach as the quarterback and right or wrong I almost never change teams.
I dont worry about haters either. I picked them to be my team when they won the Super Bowl in the 93 season as a third grader and never looked back. I tell my Chicago Bears fan friends all the time, I'd trade the Bears, Bulls and White Sox winning the rest of my life time if I could see one more Dallas Cowboys Super Bowl win. I love the Cowboys, my favorite team in all of sports. and I agree with you on Jimmy, shame Jones ego couldnt let it work. Jimmy could have gotten 2-3 more Championships out of them and probably rebuilt the team in the early 2000's too.

Gonna be a tough offseason. Lots of reports that they’re already set to fire Leftwich, I guess Bowles will get one more shot with his own OC choice.

Chargers have already moved on from Lombardi, I guess they’ll let Staley bring in a new one and run it back next season.

thats crazy about Leftwich, he was just up for head coaching jobs last hiring cycle and the one before that.

I hope this guy gets his ass kicked this weekend.

Chargers defense under defensive mastermind Brandon Staley gave up 30 points in 31 minutes and they fire the OC. 🤡

Tale of two halfs my friend, the defense spotted them 5 turnovers in easy field position, the offense put up a whopping 3 points in the 2nd half, not good enough to win at this level. Yes, the defense was in total collapse bend and break in the second half, getting put back on the field by a sputtering offense is what I would point to, they were spent in time-on-field especially JBosa (I feel his frustration with being a lifetime Charger). Also, and it comes back to this a lot, they do not a have running game to lean on to take clock out when they have a lead, that is a major problem when you start playing the better teams in the league.

*Taps mic*

Arians made that SB run happen on the offensive side of the ball. He was a "helper" of Leftwich... No, I personally think when down enough he (Arians) made the playcalls for the team. Leftwich relied on the outright talent of the offense to dig him out of holes.

It didn't happen last night and its shown the past two years.

No Mexico game next season with Estadio Azteca under renovations for the World Cup. Two Germany games sounds good after how the atmosphere there looked.

These teams earn that home field advantage and the fans of those teams shouldn’t be subjected to additional costs of attending such a game. So sure, the NFL will probably make that move.
Yep, I thought it was weird the NFL put out a release about how extraordinary the demand for tickets to a game that may or may not happen is.
