Trevor Lawrence is so terrible at times that it makes me question the future. At other times, he’s elite.

Yep, way too early to write this game off. The Jags are playing pretty well on both sides of the ball but just not finishing drives. Four different drives they should’ve scored on now with no points to show for it. But it wouldn’t take much to make it interesting out of the half.

Not spiking it is fine if you adequately prepare for those situations. But then Lawrence needs to know to throw it nowhere but the endzone, the receivers need to know to run their routes there, and Lawrence needs to launch it out of bounds if nothing is there. The completion in bounds short of the goal line is the inexcusable part.
