Sure..... Why not bat one in for the win in OT on the first day of the baseball season. People love to hate on Sid but he still does what he does.....

 
Nice win for the Jets over the leafs. These guys look like their ready for the playoffs.

It'll be tough for Florida to sneak in, but the officials in Toronto helped them out with a bad call at the end of the game against Nashville. Goaltender inference that I definitely couldn't see overturned the game tying score with 1 second left in the game.
 
Goaltender Interference = the NFL's ridiculous catch rule. They'd better get a handle on this before the second season starts next week. It's already having playoff implications. It doesn't need to dictate the eventual champion of this season. #stillscratchingmyheadoverthisone

 
Why exactly would the Carolina vs Philly game be blacked out for me!?! It's not on a national channel and it's not in my market. Did the NHL find more reasons to black out their games??
 
Thoughts and prayers to family, players and friends of the Humboldt Broncos hockey team. Tragic accident last night, 14 dead, including the coach after team bus t-bone by semi.
 
Flyers need a win or Ot loss to clinch the last wildcard if not it all depends on what Florida does
 
Well the Flyers for once make it easy on themselves and go out and smackdown the Rangers 5-0 behind a hat trick from Claude Girouex

Teams advancing to the semifinals will be Nashville, Vegas, Columbus and Tampa Bay.
Teams advancing to the finals will be Nashville and Tampa Bay.
The Stanley Cup Champion will be Tampa Bay.

If I'm right about the semifinals, I'm really torn about whether Vegas or Nashville would come out on top. Both teams have been strong, but I think Nashville would come out on top.

I can't help but wonder how many Devils fans don't get the GOLF channel. That would suck as a fan of the sport. Bars may be busy for the Game #4 viewing.
 
It's a Hockey Night in Pittsburgh! Starting a quest for the threepeat tonight against @kkfan91's Philadelphia Flyers. I'd say good luck to you but I'd be lying if I were to do so. Puck drops in just about 5 more hours. Hooked up a couple more tv's for tonight's action around the league. Streaming on three televisions does not seem to be a problem.

The Jets must have had a promotion where you got something special if you wore white. I understand that those are their colors, but it's not often that the entire crowd wears team colors.
