Go on air and trash the sport and say NASCAR drivers aren't athletes right after a NASCAR championship race.

Bring on NBC!

Nothing like someone who doesn't know an iota of the sport calling a driver a non-athlete.

He doesn't have a clue. People that ignorant should be left alone.
 
I saw it too...it is all good, I don't really consider McNab a Quarterback either...
 
This is what's going to happen..

Fox Sports 2 will become the Go-To NASCAR channel.

They will make that channel available to all soon and keep showing their crap shows on the original channel.

The paying extra for a channel is not working out all that well.

Almost everyone I know online and in person dont get that channel nor will they pay a cent to get it so they will just have to conceed and give in.

After posting about this in the truck thread i started the conversation with a roommate.. Mentioned this before I remembered they were an Eagles fan. OOPS!!!!!

Thank you for the link. I'm stoked Andy Roddick knows what's up. Blonde laid into DM.. Maybe he'll do some research. I'd be impressed to see him keep up with JJ's 'non athletic' cardio
 
He ranks Tiger Woods #1...Tiger Woods gets paid to swing a metal bar and hit a tiny ball. Golf is not an athletic sport at all. Sure, NASCAR may not be as purely "athletic" as swimming or tennis or what have you, but that sure as hell doesn't mean that the drivers (especially Jimmie, along with the likes of Carl Edwards Kasey Kahne, etc.) aren't athletes. I like how my boy Andy Roddick stood up for him!

I wonder if there'd be this much commotion if he had made this comment about Tony Stewart :D
 
Should we even watch this channel any more? I am already disappointed with their news shows as they are horrible. The only time I watch the channel is during Qualifying and practice. Here's to me hoping for a new NASCAR channel soon!

Hold up golf is quite an athletic sport, try playing 18 holes, carry your clubs, and don't use a cart and tell me you don't have to be athletic, so I call BS on that. Nascar drivers are athletes, Mcnab probably never saw a race and knows nothing about the sport.
 
... for all you know a crazed fan could run up and take the trophy and run off with it right when he's about to get it .. did you think about that? Hm? No... I'll bet you didn't .. Tsk tsk... You should no by now anything CAN and WILL happen in NASCAR....
