NNS Championship

:XXROFL:

Please tell me there's some serious sarcasm dripping off that post.

Sorry but I am really not that impressed. I am however impressed by my favorite drivers multiple win in all three series including a cup road course. I dont enjoy watching Kenseth race, he bores me sick

This is offered simply for a little perspective.
I realize that a lot of you like Austin Dillion. I do not.
Many of you do not like Kyle Busch. I do.
Many of you think that Austin Dillon would have more wins this season if it weren't for Kyle Busch and the rest of the Cup drivers running in The Nationwide Series.
2004 was Kyle Busch's first Nationwide Series season. Kyle had 5 wins in his first Nationwide season, beating Cup drivers like Greg Biffle, Kevin Harvick, Mark Martin, Kasey Kahne, Robbie Gordon and Dale Earnhardt Jr.
Kyle finished 2nd in his first Nationwide Series season, also winning ROTY.
Kyle moved to the Cup Series full-time in 2005 winning 2 races at 20 years old (3 years younger than Austin Dillon is now.) Kyle was ROTY in his first Cup season, also. Kyle is also the youngest to win a Cup Series pole (in his rookie season.)
Not JMO, but fact.
Bobby you have more time on your hands than I do so I'm not going to look up a rebuttal and yes there is always a rebuttal for the other side.

While it may be true that it's harder for a NW regular to win a NW race these days because of all the Cup drivers that run those races compared to years past, you can't deny Dillon's equipment is every bit as good as the equipment that the Cup drivers have in the NW races.

It seems the deciding factors would be experience, skill, and talent, with a pinch of luck.
...and quality of equipment/team/crew chief.

I welcome rebuttal. What would this sport be without it's dedicated fans? :)

Pretty good but he hasnt impressed me much. If he cant win in all three series he aint nothin special.

I know, right.
Take Jimmie Johnson for example. 5 straight Cup championships, and on the verge of his 6th? BFD!
Until he starts winning in the NW and truck series, he's really nothing special. o_O

Nascar is the only sport where the Pro's go back to the minor leagues. You aren't gonna see Tiger Woods signing up for a put put tournament.

I foresee a long and prosperous career in making excuses for Kyle Busch, in your future.
.
Actually my chosen career has worked out well for me. As for Kyle Busch............ Why would anybody need to make excuses for him. He has won more races this year than anyone has.

LOL. Who gets the best equipment at JGR?

Last I checked, Nationwide Series was Pro. Minor leagues is, "Who?"

The Nationwide series is supposed to be for up and coming drivers. Not established drivers like Kyle, Harvick, Keselowski Logano....If those guys stayed away we could have more youngsters like Eric Jones doing what he did in the truck race at Phoenix.

Maybe you could Tweet Mark Martin, Kyle Busch and the other Cup guys with your concerns. Not much any of us can do to help you ;)

Which ever driver finishes the race in the highest position? Or, is that because of crew chief? Or, pit strategy? :idunno:

Mr Kenseth gets the best that JGR has to offer. How else would he have won 7 races ????

Wait, you were actually being serious!? LOL! :XXROFL:

This looks like a pretty obvious fishing attempt but I can't help but ask, what did Matt Kenseth ever do to you for you to troll him so hard all the time? Win more Cup races this year than Kyle?

Yep you got it.

Back then it was easier to beat Cup guys like Martin, Stewart, Kahne, Dale Jr., all of whom were running Cup team cars?????
:bsflag:

Now this is just silly.

Those guys had entirely different crews and actually had their own lower tier programs unlike now.

What you have now is FULL backing of the Cup side. Crew chiefs and all.

Wrong. 2nd winningest driver in Busch Series is Mark Martin, who got most of his wins in Roush equipment.

Matt is a seasoned, experienced driver. Mark Martin was the first to see Matt's potential. Matt will complain like hell on the radio but he will get every avail 10th out of that racecar, every lap. Matt will wait until either the track comes to him or the crew chief gets his car to the track. You will rarely see Matt over-drive the current capabilities of the setup of his racecar.
