I think Elliot cut Blaney a little slack during the last lap. Blaney used up his car to pass for the lead. One of those drivers Elliot woudn't mind wrecking probably would have pushed past Blaney much earlier. I think Blaney and Elliot know how they race each other - maybe it changed a bit.

I agree. Not sure which turn it was but Chase had a good run entering on Blaney and it clearly looked like he backed off instead of nudging him with the bumper. Blaney had to figure it was coming. If Chase hadn't nipped the curb it would have been a very interesting race to the finish.

That's why old school rrrrrracers didn't have any..with the notable exception of a trophy queen or 10. Am I right?
