RACE thread --- Duels at Daytona

I don’t think they're even required. Don’t they pull from a sealed cool box, not from outside? I'm always open to learning something new.
One hose was not hooked up to the Naca duct.

Howdy @jaqua19.1 welcome back! Sorry things got so tough for you, but very glad you are feeling some sunshine now.

This sport is fun 😀! Glad you’re back here with the forum gang!

Appreciate it! Yeah man, I was just chronically stressed for years and honestly way too engaged with this forum during the races to the point of like, self sabotage. So a MAJOR job change, and time away from the forum has me feeling like me again. Glad to be back :)

Any change that causes an increase or a decrease in the volume / pressure of air
inside the car’s cabin increases or decreases downforce.
For sure. Lots of air, minimal drag doing it.

The NACA design is believed to work because the combination of the gentle ramp angle and the curvature profile of the walls creates counter-rotating vortices which deflect the boundary layer away from the inlet and draws in the faster moving air, while avoiding the form drag and flow separation that can occur with protruding scoop designs.

Must be tough taking a Phillips head to tighten up those clamps, both hoses. Shame
