I'm pretty sure it was their traffic reporter. I'm betting that if we get to hear him again today, we will her the same exact question. I can't wait until he gets to ask Kurt Busch. I'll go with 3 being the over/under on eff bombs.

Yes. nascom has some unique ways to handle their live video sessions. If you log on early, you get a 'please wait' screen. If you don't keep refreshing, they never show you the video. Tards.
