Random NASCAR Stuff to talk about.....

Wonder if we might be looking at the next Ricky Bobby, Days of Thunder Rowdy here straight out of Nascar to Hollywierd
It would be really great if he could have a spot in the NBCSN broadcasting booth and they would get rid of any one of them they have now take your pick

Carl could replace them both as we only need 1/2 the talking anyway.
I listened to Carl quite a few times doing the xfinity. He doesn't treat the listeners like they are a bunch of idiots. but I wouldn't be surprised if he is trying to be in movies, hope it's the other way and NBC is doing something about the mess they have.

Doubt it. TV producers feel like they are Gods so the best butt kisser gets the work.
That can be the only reason Rutledge gets work.

Rutledge has the plucky comedy relief role, much like Kenny Wallace.
Kenny used to be a bit funny before it went to his head and he could drive a car.
Remind me what good is Rutledge? Can't they get a pair of knockers on TV so we can at least stare at the screen?

that ain't my job, plucky comedy relief isn't in my resume, I do wish they had a position for jiggly bimbo, but the racing suit thing has been killing it for years. we will have to make do with the monster girls..baby steps.

I randomly ended up watching the 1993 Winston Open a little bit ago. First time I've seen it since '93. This was around the time I started to become a JG fan. I was pretty bummed when he wrecked while leading the race.....

In retrospect..... I guess that makes us a big Dale Sr. fan..... and we really didn't know it at the time.....

I never ever thought I would miss him so much...

But....... I do...........
so much this. so very much this.

Esp being a rusty fan I mean they had some epic battles.

always liked MM. you know if you tweet him, sometimes he replies!
I've heard he does that....... I don't tweet or do facebook....... but...... I think that's great that he replies.... I was never ever one to ask for autographs at the track......... stuff like that doesn't really interest me...... some folks it does...... and that's great..... I always figured they put their pants on one leg at a time the same as me... just because they made millions of dollars a year..... doesn't make them better than me...... so...... why would an autograph change anything?????? ;)

I purchased ticket for Charlotte in a couple weeks the other night. Gonna try out the Ford Upper Terrace for a change. Hopefully the 24 advances thru, I'm a little less certain than I was a couple days ago.

Not that any NASCAR drivers seem to have F1 dreams but NASCAR championships were added to the FIA Super License structure by the World Motor Sport Council today. 40 points over three years are required to earn it; Cup championship pays out 15 points, Xfinity and Truck championships 10 points. Top eighth finishers in Cup get points, top five in Xfinity/Truck.
