Didn't his twitter profile used to say "favorite rapper gucci mane" :D

Maybe that's who it was. Maybe Gucci has replaced 2 Chainz. Lmao either way....

I'd like to hear his thoughts on that new mumble rap crap.

I've been tempted to listen to rap on occasion, but with my hearing going, I just can't make out much of what's being said. I can't listen and recognize fast enough.

I was never a fan of Childress...... I have new respect for him now...... I just hope other owners follow the lead.....

I hope so too ........ I am done with any that don't and I am done with Nascar if I tune in for a race and see that disgusting display !!!

Here is another difference from Nascar and major sports. Most sports build their complex with taxpayer money and get the revenue from it.
Nascar and others own the facilities and sell the naming rights.

NFL stadiums sell naming rights for hundreds of millions of $$$, most of which goes to the team. NASCAR tracks can barely get $10m.

NASCAR is family, is so proud of the current familes like The Lajoies, The Blaney's, The Earnhardt's, the Waltrip's etc. If not for families we would not have a NASCAR.

NFL stadiums are occupied 10 weekends a year, up to 13 if the team makes the playoffs, up to 23 for the Meadowlands. Racetracks are doing well if they have two Cup weekends and one or two other major series. Stadiums and arenas are often located within cities, where the sponsor name is visible all year round. Tracks are often located outside of town or in small towns, where there aren't as many people looking at them.

More reasons why comparisons fail between racing and 'traditional' sports.

Same with Basketball. Without the Zeller family, the NBA would be in the dumps.

I think it says a lot about a new team that Jayski couldn't be bothered to cover their announcement, beyond mentioning them with the rest of the part-timers entered at Dover.

Ah, the #00, a number memorable for, ... well, David Reutimann and, uh, ... oh, Buckshot Jones, and, and, uh, ...

Oh, yeah!

That makes it even worse. Why should the tax payers pay to have it built then get nothing from the revenue??????
