How do you pull off jorts and crocs without a mullet?

#18 JGR Team Penalized For Rule Infractions: NASCAR announced penalties and fines to the #18 team that competes in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series, as a result of rule infractions at Michigan International Speedway. The #18 Toyota was found to be in violation of Sections 12-1 (actions detrimental to stock car racing); 12-4J (any determination by NASCAR officials that the race equipment used in the event does not conform to NASCAR rules); and 20-2.3A (improperly attached weight) of the 2012 NASCAR rule book. The infraction occurred during practice on Aug. 18. As a result of the violation, crew chief Dave Rogers has been fined $25,000 and placed on NASCAR probation until Oct. 3. In addition, car chief Wesley Sherrill has been placed on NASCAR probation until Oct. 3.(NASCAR Integrated Marketing Communications)(8-21-2012)
Why did they not lose any points like teams have in the past for the same infraction.
Thats the popular belief and mine also.Because Nascar is commited to Toy*ta and bringing them a driver/manufacturers title so they keep pumping out that money. Funny the past incident with JGR and Michigan wasn't remembered in their decision, considering they're both weight infractions.
Have tons of fun DP and get that mullet wig.Much smaller crowd than usual in our campground for a Wednesday night truck race. Our campground is supposed to be sold out for this weekend though. Weathers been great here in Bristol and much of the same is in the forecast for the rest of the week.
Damn, have fun, I'm still jealous. In a little over an hour we are doing the Track Laps for Kids laps at Bristol. In the spring we took laps in our GMC 2500HD diesel. This time it will be in a little Chevy Cobalt. Oh well, it's a stick. I'll let you know if the drivers have to shift in the corners here. I have a feeling I will. I think I may try to live dangerously and take that new top line too. I'm going to see if I can work in that grove for my driver. He likes the high line.
Yeah DP thats cool but did you have as much fun as usual.
I did. I even discarded an old soldier behind the safer barrier along pit road.Yeah DP thats cool but did you have as much fun as usual.
Damn, you better cherish that picture of the old soldier, thats cool as hell. How fast did you have to run on the high banking to keep traction in your car, at Daytona 7 or 8 years ago they wouldnt let us run on the high banks.I did. I even discarded an old soldier behind the safer barrier along pit road.

I also had a chance to run the high line around the track. I didn't have any problem with traction. Those drivers are wimps.

When they have everyone pull out of the track after everyone's laps have been taken they have us all leave in a sort of conga line. It is one last slow lap around the track. I drove to the top and ran against the wall. I didn't have any problem staying there but you can sure feel the banking the slower you go.Damn, you better cherish that picture of the old soldier, thats cool as hell. Also theres a link that shows Jeff Gordon's Farmville car he'll run coming up soon. It's not easy on the eyes
