Random NASCAR Stuff to talk about.....

Hurricanes are my forte, get hit 1 to 4 times a year, the power is out means no internet or cell phone towers. He's smart and tough, he'll be fine.

Taking cheap shots at someone most likely caught up in that mess in NYC...nice.

I don't agree with everybody on here either at times, but I'd never be okay with them losing everything or even worse their life, and I'd certainly be classy enough to keep it to myself if I sunk that low just out of disgust for myself. Guess some are different.

No one took a cheap shot at anyone and no cheap shot was intended. As someone who has dealt with devastating loss and personal tragedy I would never do such a thing.

Now back to regularly scheduled programming. :)

Yeah no cheap shots were taken, and its funny because some people who complain about it I've seen them say much worse stuff then that, of course the internet is always full of hypocrites.

The main clique here forgets how derisive they can be.

Regardless, I hate that so many people were affected by that storm. What a mess.

You guys crack me the %#&? up;)

Stupid hillbillies next door are moving out! Finally!

Asked me if wanted his Dale Jr mirror. Of course I took it. It looks great smashed all over the bottom of the dumpster! Haha:)

Anyway back to random nascar stuff.

NASCAR the Game Inside Line is due out next week. Anyone think it will actually be better then the trainwreck NTG 2011 was?

I don't see how it could possibly get worse! I don't remember the last good NASCAR game for PS/ Xbox. The only good racing game recently have been the F1 games. I still have a PS2 just so I can play WOO 2002 and Saturday Night Speedway on it. Hopefully this one will be worth playing but I will rent it before I buy it this time cause I feel they stole my money with the last one:mad:

I'm defiantly not going out and buying it on launch day like I did for the last one. They claim they fixed a lot of things, but they had so much wrong last time that was just basic it may just get it to acceptable.

Flashback.....

On this day in 1975: Richard Petty laps the field in scoring a dominant Volunteer 500 triumph in the latest date a Bristol Motor Speedway race has fallen on the calendar. Petty led 218 of the 500 laps, finishing a lap ahead of runner-up Lennie Pond. Darrell Waltrip took third, two laps back at the finish. The race was switched from a July date to November to avoid the oppressive summer heat. It eventually settled on a late August date, which is now the traditional spot on the schedule for the .533-mile track's annual night race.

I don't know if this has been posted or not but they just said during Texas practice that the #1 and #42 will be using HMS engines next year.

With all the issues EGR has been having I don't see this as a game changer for them. Their cars are not competitive. They may have a lot of good people over there but they can't seem to put it together. Then there's their driver line up that doesn't seem to do them many favors. Think that team would be better if they were to get cars and motors from Hendricks/RCR and a technical alliance. Also take advantage of some of the drivers looking for a ride. Vickers,Smith would be big upgrades.

Yet we somehow carry on.

Bull ****. That right there was a cheap shot and you know it. However, it's over and done with now so no harm done.

As for the main clique here, your diaper been full of piss since ever since you realized that you don't fit in the "clique."

And for you convenience, please insert snarky, condescending comments here: _____________________
