But if you don't watch basketball, why are you even replying in a basketball thread? Ahh, nevermind.
Because I can.
And I didn't say I don't watch basketball. I said I don't watch NBA basketball.

Seriously? Are you in middle school?
As well thought out as "because I can."More intelligent, well thought out responses.

Sure you have the right, but if you don't like it or watch it or care for it, why would you go out of your way to comment on it? Oh that's right, "because I can."So, because I don't watch NBA, I don't have a right to comment? You have to watch NBA to know who Lebron James is? I'm flooded with enough NBA scores and highlights on First Look, SportsCenter and NBC Sports Network that I don't need to watch the games to know what's going on.

There are people on this forum who seldom miss a race and yet they are clueless when it comes to racing.![]()
Out of my way? It takes like two seconds to leave a comment.![]()
Thou shalt not covet they neighbor's pit stallOnly on racingforums.com can you have a three page 100 reply thread about pit road with the 10 commandments mentioned. LOL

This perfectly sums up the situation . It ain't broke so don't try to fix it .This wasn't even an issue before last week. The rules seem to already work just fine. Some teams didn't do their homework last week and they paid for it. They can easily perform their duties on pit road without speeding but they will always push the limit. It doesn't bother me in the slightest to see them try to gain an advantage getting into our out of their pits. My vote would go towards keeping things as they are. Change doesn't always make things better.
Basketball Thread?
Fender, I wasn't suggesting that they limit the car's ability to speed but rather install some type of device to transmit the car's real time speed. If they break the limit, they're busted.

I say numerous loops with no one knowing where they are and picked randomly for each race or to avoid the black helicopter talk, electronic limiters in the cars ( should be easy with the EFI system ) .
Remember Nascar has always claimed saftey first.
[EMAIL said:ted@economy, post: 521316, member: 5037[/EMAIL]]Don't know what the crisis will be next week .
Changing the loops that are used randomly throughout the race would be even better. It would really force the speed limit.THANKS SOOO MUCH, ANDY! I needed a good belly-laugh today!
That's what I think too! 20-25 scoring loops on every pit road with any ten being active at any given time and changed randomly throughout the event. Tell everyone where they are but also tell them that any segment could be active at any time during the race.
BUT I would have absoluterly NO PROBLEM with a Pit Road Speed Limiter incorporated into thje McLaren EFI system. This would only work for the CUP cars at this time since N'wide and Trucks still use carbs.

Great idea.
A whole lot easier to just tell them them where they start and finish.Changing the loops that are used randomly throughout the race would be even better. It would really force the speed limit.
Great idea.
