Denny has been saying for 2 years that they "have to work on fuel mileage". Meanwhile, Penske figured out how to drain the tank and it's paying off with a driver who knows how to run fast while saving.

Hopefully, the "can't get the fuel out of the cell" thing is over...

It's also a known fact that when your CC tells you to save 40 laps before everyone else, you don't have to pit or limp around the track at the end of the race. :D
