Neighbor returned the clutch kit and will order one from Amazon that includes the flywheel for same money as just pressure plate/clutch/TOB/pilot bearing he purchased down the street at O'Reilly's. He hooked up his boat and headed to the ocean to fish for couple days. No rush on the car.

So far the starter hasn't fallen off. It's moved some but hasn't come fully loose.

Think will build a cradle of sorts that fits on floor jack. Make it easier going back in. The flat section of the bellhousing is the top. Trans won't set up as has drain plug in middle of bottom.

Not sure what happened to my phone that flips the pictures 90* so have too post with the "insert image" box which posts huge pics. But it works.

Looked thru the photo settings in phone and don't see any way to fix it. I take a picture and view is normal. When I post it spun 90*. IDK WTF is going on.

Let's see if they fixed the board settings. Flips pitchers 90 degrees. Did some wood butchering. Now to box it in...

Not perfectly aligned but close enough for the gurls I go with. Want to cover most of the hackery with something soffit like.

Oh...BMW clutch is setting beside the car. Now waiting for a 1/2" drive metric socket set. Tomorrow they say.

Will you use metal trim and a break for any trim? I never had enough need or justification to buy a brake for metal work.I just limited the metal, to pieces that were already prefab or bent to shape as needed.

I installed windows that already had the nailfins and already trimmed, I only needed J-trim for the surrounding areas.

I hung a 40 foot long used gutter by screwing some horizontal studs to the framing and lifted it a few feet at time to avoid bending anything.

You should be able to snip vinyl to fit as needed. For the siding I started from the bottom and used a level to check every piece after installation. Leave about an 1/8 inch gap on all of the vinyl and soffit fastners to allow for expansion due to the the weather

I use screws and my dewalt 99% of the time. It is easier for an amatuer like me, and easier to rework any mistakes I make why learning on the fly. I hate pulling up nails.

Had no plans to use metal but now that you mention it have another neighbor that I think does that. I'll check with him and see if he's interested in prettying up the front of this thang.

Rain coming so grabbed the transmission/clutch/bolts/air box and put it all in the shed. Supposed to have tools tomorrow. We'll see what the weather does.

Shed air conditioner puked. It was in the living room of my cobode but started making angry noises year or so ago. So replaced it and set it on the porch. Sounds like compressor runs but condenser fan is running too slow and air flow fan isn't doing anything. I'll peel the enclosure off and see what I see at some point. It is at least 7 years old I think. Paid for itself.

Builded side doors. Not sure what happened but appears nailed shut. I surrendered. I know they won't work well without hinges but they be completely solid. Guess a nail thru the siding went rouge.

Nailed/screwed couple more pieces to the overhang and nailed one side of roof sheathing down. All my razor knives are due new blades so went to Lowe's to get one. When getting out of truck realized forgot wallet. Back home ordered one from Amazon with 10 blades. Only reason wanted another was because the blades getting dull. Whatever.

Need to trim the underlayment edges and slit the bulges/wrinkles, maybe shoot some roof cement under those. Once underlayment is trimmed need to string the length of sides to see how crooked it is. May trim it to get it straighter. Once trimmed/strung can accurately determine the shingle layout.
