Storage building

Cut the 34 inch boards for overhang and the face board. Now have to find my balls so can climb up in, stand on 4x8 sheet of OSB and cut 6 notches. Put six boards in those notches, few nails, then figure out how to attach the face board. Will require me to reach out/lean over into the abyss. My bunghole is smaller than a needle just thinking about that. Also need to attach a hook for my purse...

This looks better. Pulse says I'm nearly dead tho.
In my experience those things are not calibrated.

Might pay to take it to the doctors office and get the real numbers compared to the home unit, then offest the difference if needed when checking at home.

Building is humbling and more technical than I ever expected.
I try to go over the YouTube videos, Pinterest type of DYI instructions, and WikiHow to come up with a plan before starting

Sometimes I will consult with an old timer at the hardware store. Other times I will ask the guys where I am buying the metal or vinyl to confirm that I am the right track.

It is a tricky balance to be deliberate enough to make progress while also slowing down enough to speed up.

I do not want to procrastinate, but getting in a rush on stuff like the measurements and planned steps will most always cost me than I will gain.

But doing something like good framing is fun imo, especially when the wife is impressed.

My problem is my fear of heights. Find it difficult to even stand in the bed of my S10. So 10-15 feet up I get really nervous. If had two more arms I'd be fine.
