Super Bowl LI

No matter what happens in the OT, Brady the best QB I have ever seen

I think only the Falcons or Vikings could have managed this. I mean, all credit to Brady, he is the greatest. But their second half play calling and Ryan holding the ball for sack and turnover was ridiculous.
Never seen any second half so poorly played and managed.

Turned out to be a great 2nd half!

Congrats to New England on a great comeback. They are becoming the Jimmy Johnson of the NFL.

Who was the #32 cornerback for the Falcons who got smoked like a Cheech & Chong Joint in the second half?

Lol I've said that for years!

Strait up, its almost theatrical how much Brady/Bill share in common with Jimmie and Chad.

I mean, Jimmie and Chad came into cup the same year Brady won his 2nd(?)

Brady has been to 7 superbowls...Jimmie wins 7 titles

They would face a lot more scrutiny for just how mismanaged it was if they had been playing any other team. As it is, they have the cover of losing to a (perhaps THE) legendary QB, coach, and franchise.

Sometimes it's hard to keep playing to win.

This was a rare instance in which the Falcons somewhat tried to split the difference between playing not to lose and playing to win, and they would have been served better to just do the former. Statheads will go back and cite the win probabilities at various points, and I'm not sure if the Falcons had simply run the ball and the clock on every down they had possession in the fourth quarter and kept punting it away if it would have been possible for the Pats to overcome that lead.
