I'm sure the decals will be quite life-like.
Nah, it's just because all of those Chevy drivers all suck! Those decals sure have slowed the Camaro down.
Um, am I the only one that could care less about this? It is not like we are going to see something radical or innovative. Just another template car to me...and I am a Ford fan.
I was more impressed by the ZL1.A 2019 Mustang with a 2017 front end and a GT350 styled hood.
Looks odd. Glad another muscle car brand is in the cup series but it doesnt look like a ton of effort went into molding it like a 2019 GT350.
Wonder who approved the headlight area design. Those things are modeled after the 2017 Mustang and are way too large.I was more impressed by the ZL1.
Doesn't necessarily look bad, I don't mind it and I like the front end. But it is a little odd, a sedan mashup of a Mustang.
Looks like its a GT with a GT350 hood and GT500 headlights with standard Mustang decals.Pretty disappointing. It’s not bad looking, but not was I was expecting out of the GT350. Was hoping for the sleeker front end and hood design.
The ZL1 was much better looking IMO.

Kinda weird if you ask me.

Yep, looks like a Fustang to me
looks just fiiiiine to me. The interesting part is that over 40 people worked on the design. All of the teams and drivers were involved in the process. If it is fast/faster or not is another story. The car spent time in Penske's wind tunnel, the wind shear tunnel, it should be a good piece. Tony said their engineers had a blast working with everyone at Ford.
That ride height thoeh, close enough for horse shoes and hand grenades. The front end is going to be on the ground anyway and going 200.
If only that was race ready setup. Then we'd be getting somewhereThat ride height tho
Yes we would, get that nose off the ground. If only that was race ready setup. Then we'd be getting somewhere
I agree with this. I like seeing Camaro and Mustang used as marketing handles rather than mundane names like Fusion or Impala.I don't get the negativity, it's another two door rear wheel drive car back in Cup, and from where we were with the COT this is miles away and so much better, 100% step in the right direction. Now come on Fiat see the potential here!!!
I don't get the complaints either. These are the best looking cars we have had in 20, maybe 30 years. And they are WORLDS better than the crap we saw 10 years ago. Anyone who thinks these cars are all the same "but different decals" needs their eyes checked. This ain't no COT
