REALLY well. He had a half lap lead over 2nd for most of the race. That thing was a rocket. Looked like Something went wrong with his car and fell back through the feild. He was out sighning autographs and mingling before the race.

5 years ago to the day, Michael Waltrip Racing got it's first Sprint Cup series victory, in the #00 Aaron's Toyota piloted by David Reutimann. What was the #00 is now the #55 driven by Brian Vickers. The 5 year anniversary is the "Wood" anniversary. So come on Vickers, get some wood!

Tight has little to do with getting your doors blown off on the straight away, and she was getting passed like she was sitting still just after a few laps into the race. Tight effects the corner speed and engine power effects the straight away speed.

Sucks about the HMS engines...but I'm confident the 24 has the engine that can last to 600. Sitting out Happy Hour practice may be the saving grace.
