The 600 RACE thread ---

I raced desert in SoCal in the 70s (on my husky 250). I was pretty good (AMA expert).
He went by me one time and it was like I was standing still. I couldn't even contemplate going that fast and having any control over the bike.

Junior drives by the 24 on the top. Interesting. Looks like the 24 is close, but still not in the league of the 4 and the 48.

Let's see if Alan can get to work and get it the speed it needs to compete.

Charlotte in general is just a boring track.
There have been some good races here. Anytime you have a 500 or 600 mile race there are going to be some boring parts. Fontana was terrible when it was a 500 miler (unless you were there.)
I expect the ending will be good, even if Brian has to throw a phantom yeller into the mix...

On the plus side, Jamie has a good car. It'd be good to see him get the win and enter the chase, even if he wouldn't stand a chance of winning the championship.

Uh oh, tires are coming apart for Johnson....please no RF issue, please no RF issue, please no RF issue....
