No it isn't, it is illegal in all 50 states. The good news is that is starting to change with the Biden admin taking it off the schedule 1 list but at the moment marijuana is not legal anywhere in the USA.

It's a good move, an end around away from those who say "no" to everything.
 
Okay, how about there is a exemption making marijuana legal in 38 states for medicinal and 24 for recreational...

Y'all can wordsmith all you want, but an adult can buy and smoke marijuana in those states and face no legal ramifications
 
For clarification, I'm not saying you can walk down the sidewalk smoking a joint, obviously there are laws regarding consumption.

Sure, but there is documentation involved for medical, and restrictions for amounts of possession. So yeah technically that is true. On the other hand taking the fizz out of it for law enforcement by making it a federal misdemeanor helps a bunch also. I do think the mouth breather states will figure their way around it with state and local penalties.

There isn’t an exemption for those states.

If the DEA wanted to go into the states where it’s legal and arrest people and shut dispensaries down, they could.

The good thing is Democrats believe more in personal liberty instead of legislating morality and Republicans believe states rights should supersede federal rights.

If Ernie Johnson stays with WBD after they lose the NBA next year I’d like to see him in some sort of host role, maybe even PxP guy for TNT’s Cup races.

thats an interesting thought for PxP name, never thought of that one. I selfishly hope though he goes to the NBA on NBC package, hes so good at hoops. Pretty good at baseball too. I hope the TNT or Amazon guys sign Will Buxton for pit duties, I think he'd kill it in the NASCAR world

I have to be honest. I hate the F1 Play By Play guy, he yells at me through my tv way too early in the morning as I am watching the race. I guess thats an acquired taste.

F1 on Sky and NASCAR on NBC commentary booths make me miss Bill Weber sometimes, which is saying A LOT. At least Weber would shut the **** up and give the race some oxygen to breathe.

I think Ernie might retire after next season. Charles alluded to it on an interview yesterday and said “he’s going to retire sooner than later”.

Also, with respect to my fellow Nascar fans I can’t imagine Ernie going from arguably the biggest and most successful sports panel show in history to hosting a nascar panel. Lol I just don’t see it. Respectfully.

I honestly think TNT's going to give us a very good quality pre-race show.

"NASCAR on TNT Live" and "Countdown to Green" are THE best pre-race shows I've seen. By far.
