Maybe time for this broadcaster to rewrite its affiliate agreements.
Maybe time for this broadcaster to rewrite its affiliate agreements.
The blame falls on CW for lying to people.
I stream on fox sports app all the time.I know it was in the original announcement, but did CW say that or did NASCAR say that?
NASCAR was STILL saying it was live on the app after it was known it would not be.
And NASCAR apparently doesn't have it written in contracts that these networks have to deliver everything they've promised.
From my understanding, the only reason FOX is launching a streaming app is because it was written into the IndyCar contract.
Requires a cable subscription.I stream on fox sports app all the time.
CW cuts out and hiccups non stop. No other channel is doing it so it’s on them.
Yeah, but if Cup races were on broadcast Fox, the Fox affiliates would be doing the same thing the CW ones are - overriding the races to show the local teams - college basketball tournaments, baseball, etc. Living as both you and I do in NC, I'm extremely grateful Sunday's race was on FS1 with no local affiliates involved.NASCAR won't care since Xfinity ratings are up, especially now that Cup is experiencing historic ratings declines because the majority of the races are on cable only.
