Truck race at the Rock

Man, I don't know that I've ever been this excited for a truck race. Ray Dunlap says the track will be at 95% capacity.

Hopefully it's not wreck fest. The Texas race was a great display of skill and endurance. I expect this race to be more about survival.

There are so many good stories here , Back To The Rock ,Andy 's Dream , Fans Are Back, The Tradition Revived , The Worn Old Paving , ...man , a good race would be such a bonus.

Should be a good one wish I was there, I have two tickets going to waste because work interfered AGAIN  Thank God the motel has Speed!!!!

All that other stuff is nice, but a good race is what I need.

This race is the third most watched live television program right now in my market, behind the NBA Basketbore game on ABC and MSNBC News, second most watched sporting event, and 14th overall.

Some really interesting lines being ran now, tires are going away and the drivers are having to work for their check, Good Stuff!

I love tracks like this, the drivers have to man up and wheel the car. They can't just race wide open around the entire track and not have to worry about tire wear.

Question is, how can they have a 50-70 lap run at Rockingham under green and still have competitive racing all over the field but can't go 10 laps at Texas without the entire field being spread out and cars nowhere near each other?

I would love to hear Jeb's radio traffic to see if he sounds like his father.

Perhaps a mod could combine the two truck race threads? I started the 2nd as I had forgot about the 1st. Thanks.

The Speed guys really need to learn when they are coming back from break and not be talking lol

I'd just like to know Why the Cautions out? Did they say when they came back? I feel like I'm getting the edited version of the race

This race still has more viewers in DC than Nationals baseball, Orioles baseball, NHL Playoff hockey. I'm actually surprised the NASCAR race and MSNBC Live are two of the ten most watched programs in this region -- this region isn't exactly known for having a large NASCAR fanbase.
