There's a penalty for DELIBERATELY causing a caution. Causing one through stupidity isn't a violation.

Honestly what I've seen from this race today wasn't too bad.
IMO the truck series should be a mostly road course, short and dirt track series, 6-7 races on ovals longer than a mile is enough for them.
