Ty Dillon has a new fan

2014 will be such fun !!! Harvick wont make it thru the season without some major fallout brought on by this fued with the Dillons. He will find a way to screw himself out of a championship run and with any luck lose a few teeth too. Somebody is gonna get him :)

I am starting to think you and Slicebread22 are the same guy.

Haven't had time to catch up on all of the posts in this thread but all I can say is that it's not smart to burn bridges in NASCAR. Harvick's done that.

No disrespect DPK, but does it really matter if Harvick burns the RCR bridge? Harvick is in the down turn in his career now, and I am sure as long as the results keep coming his sponsors and his team owner best friend will still field him a ride. Now if this was a younger guy like a Buescher I would agree.

most of the posters didn't see the truck race anyway, all they saw was a short clip of the incident. Harvick followed Ty on and off for almost the whole race, and just like he said, Harvick had many opportunities to turn Ty throughout the race but he stayed off him. The first chance Ty had to turn him, that is what he did. It was a cheap rookie move, Ty needs to learn how to move a guy on a short track without wrecking him.

I watched the entire truck race. I saw Harvick moving trucks for position all day. The only difference in what Ty did and what Harvick was doing all day, is that the trucks Harvick bumped to get to their inside didn't then drive down on Harvick and wreck themselves like Harvick did with Ty.
And then of course throw a tantrum over it like a damn five year old. lol

This picture clearly shows Ty on the inside of Harvick. There is nothing keeping Harvick from staying up there and giving Ty room to race. Nothing between Harvick and the wall but open track, yet Harvick chose to drive down on Ty because his panties were in a wad after Ty moved him for position.

Maybe your boy Harvick needs to learn how to give a guy room to race when that guy clearly has the position on the inside, even if that guy just moved him for it.

You never know whre you are going in this sport. If you're smart you don't burn that bridge. Some things are better left unsaid.

You watched a race that Jeff wasn't in?o_O

I don't recall anyone ever accusing Harvick of being smart. In my opinion, he's a punk and always has been. I don't see much difference between what he did to Dillon during the caution and what Kyle Busch did to Ron Hornaday under the caution at TMS 2 years ago. Busch was parked and I think Harvick should have been parked aft er Martinsville as well. Maybe missing his chance to finish all the races this year and lose his shot at the championship would finally cause him to figure out that people won't stand for the BS he keeps throwing around. I still think that going to SHR next year will not be the walk in the park he probably expects it will be. I think that team is ripe for a lot of conflict given that Danica, Tony and Kurt B. will be there with him.

NASCAR will never park him for this incident the way they did with Kyle though. That would mean that they were being consistent and no one has ever accused NASCAR of consistency. By the way, I don't care for Ty Dillon either but I don't think that his actions in this case were as egregious as Harvick's.

Kevin will have a lot bigger problems than his teammates next year . The Stewart cars aren't as fast as the RCR cars that he's been getting . I expect that they all know that the only way to make them faster will be to work together .

Works for Clint. :D

Not that Harvick will ever want to return to RCR but you get the point.

Look how many owners Mark Martin has drove for this year in cup. MWR,Gibbs and now Stewart/Hass. Never know what lays ahead as a driver

Harvick will continue acting the way he does till he meets the right person to "educate" him.

I would love to see Austin Dillon sponsored by Budweiser in a few years LOL Or even better Ty when he gets to cup.

I wonder if Ty is gona get upset when he realizes they cant both drive the #3

Disney would be ideal for him.

I remember when Budweiser used to sponsor hard nose men in this sport.

Ty has already chosen the 33.

LOL Rainbow Warriors dissing a good driver while they're feeling all puffy-chested.
Pocono, Turn 1. That happened.

Anybody watch the "race hub" ? Richard Childress had some pretty bad stuff to say about the Hoodlum Harvick after the dust up Saturday.
Something about "all Harvick has done is tear stuff up since hes been here" and something about having a plan for Harvick.

No championship for harv this year

Bullies never prosper :) Hornaday knows that

All the more why Harvick should have never apologize.

Karma is going to get Richard so good.

I was reffering to the bad mouthing of Harvick.

Dont know about you but I dont remember Harvick doing nothing but bringing wrecked cars to their garage. That's bullcrap.

Richard is taking it too far himself. Appreciate much?

Yes I do agree that Richards rant seemed unjustified. When I first heard it I was very surprised he said those things. The problems at RCR must be worse than they have let on. Richard is a bit of a hothead too though ---------- Ask Kyle Busch

Yep, he allegedly punched Kyle. lol

4 wrecks in 108 races, and one was at Daytona. I only went back three years. I call B.S. on that deal too.

I expect Harvick to do as well or better at SHR. RCR got the bad end of the deal, Newman's stats aren't that great, and even though Austin Dillon is a hell of a driver, he isn't going to come close to Harvick's record his first or probably even his second year. I think Ty is going to get his butt handed to him in N'wide, he isn't that good in a truck but he acts like he is, and it is always somebody else's fault. Problem is, he hasn't been good enough to act like that, hardly ever in a winning position, a full race and a half out of first. Tangling up with Harvick right or wrong was stupid when you screw up a good points finish doing it. Elliott turned him and the way he was whining about it like the points were so important, and then he pulls this boneheaded move, shows me he has a long way to go, Paw paw's equipment or not.

He might have already been pissed that Harvick was in the race driving somebody elses truck.

Yeah, that's bull****. Harvick set the modern era record for most consecutive races without a DNF twice so far - 58 races ('02-'04) and then 81 races ('06-'09). Bowyer broke it a little bit later ('06-'09) and holds the record at 83.

Yep. Worlds greatest drivers, one who seems to never crash out, out to wreck themselves on purpose & ruin half a million dollar vehicles. Obviously...

Like Kasey Kahne.
even Dale Jr
