If it's OK with the rest of you folks I'm going to volunteer to oversee this thread and try and keep I going. It's to good of a thread to let due. When you come back StandOnIt, it's all yours again.
 


Miles "the Mouse" Melius. Wisconson short track legend. He used to come up to my home track in the UP and kick my guys butts.
 


Jerry Richer, my first racing hero. Parked in front of the grandstand at the 1/4 mile dirt track in Escanaba, Michigan. I spent a lot of time in those grandstands. BTW, Jerry got spanked by the Mouse many a time.
 


One more from my home track. In the modified, the evil Bobby Iverson. The rivalry between Him and Richer was legendary back then. I forget who is in the sportsman car.
