10 right now at 11:25 am, it was 2 this morning with a little light snow. Supposed to be about -6 to -10 tonight. Looks cold for a few days in a row, and cold i mean anything below 10 degrees. This is normal New England weather for this time of year though. People here have gotten spoiled last few winters with warmer than usual temps.

My dog went out this morning and lifted her paws one at a time....then rolled over because 3 paws were off the ground:(

We had -17 degrees below zero lastnight. High today of 2 above. Tomorrow is supposed to be a balmy 24 degrees.;)

-16 this morning, currently 5. I guess I better throw another piece of wood on the fire!

Why do we pay the big bucks to live in Southern California? Cuz it's 85 in mid January :D
Here's where I went yesterday after work...
In the top right on the horizon you can see Santa Catalina Island...

Its going to be a cold night tonight here in SC...in the teens.

It was 13.5 degrees here outside of Charlotte this morning.

Going do be around 5 to 10 tomorrow morning.

Beats the -10 I had seen in Wyoming about this time last year. And that was with the sun out on a clear day. I just prayed that I would not break down on that trip.

While we're all griping and *****ing about the cold weather (with the exception of Bobby Chevy) my pall down under is complaining of the hot weather. It's been over 100 for some time now with high humidity. Just think, we'll be seeing that in about six months! :)

my uncle is up near spokane. No word recently from them. Last word was 69" of snow and it was falling quicker than they could get rid of it.

It's been flip flop weather here lately BUT before you throw things my way, we're cooling down to the next few days with daytime highs only around 75...I already have my sweatshirts out!

Hell it is winter in New England, this is what it is supposed to be this time of the year. Looks like -8 this morning, three monings with the temp below zero. We used to get weeks at a time with the temps like this in January here in Ma. when I was a kid. I would say since I have moved back here in 2005 this winter is close to what it should be. Cold with a snowpack, great for the outdoor enthusiasts like me, who like to snowshoe, snowmobile , and hike with their doggies in the winter stuff.

It was down to 18 degrees last night...I'm wearing thermal underwear still.

Honestly, I don't see how you guys put up with the freezing cold every year...Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!

It gets harder to handle every year for me. I've got a really bad back among other issues and the wet cold we get is brutal. To be honest with you, this absolutely frigid stuff isn't any tougher than the 30's and 40's when the cold and wet stuff just seems to seep into your bones.

I've been trying to talk the warden into moving somewhere warm for several years now. Neither one of us has much holding us down here, but she is still dead set against it.

It's getting harder every year because it gets colder every year.

Global warming, you know. :sarcasm:

Ok...it's supposed to get down in the 30's Tuesday night. Here, in Miami. BBBRRRRR!!!!!

Going to be 28° tomorrow with wind chills in the single digits and the distinct possibility of a wicked snowstorm hitting tomorrow.

Weather.com, the local paper and the local news channels all called for snow today. Right now, the sun is shining and it's 31°.
