Weather check-in

Cloudy - rain every day through the weekend. :mad:

In fact, the first chance of sunshine in our extended forecast is Monday. :( It has rained every day since last Wednesday, and the last sunshine spotting was last Tuesday. :(
 
We had a little rain last night. The gutters couldn't handle all the water so the rain was sheeting off the roof. My back patio is covered in about a half inch of sand from the wash back.
Oh and the Bell Tower at the University was struck by lightning causing some damage. 6 to 7 tornados touched down at various spots in the county. Roads flooded during rush hour traffic stranding some motorists in 3 feet of water. Fun times.
 
It's been raining all day - the sun came out for a tease for a minute and then three rounds of thunderstorms came through with more on the way. :mad:

If April showers bring May flowers, what do May thunderstorms bring?
 
Turned out to be a nice evening --- clouds finally cleared.

Still hot and humid, though.

Finally got my car out of the shop -- 3 days and $1000. But, I've got wheels.

I'll say. I walk outside and i have to come in after like 3 minutes....It's almost humid enough that you can feel the weight of the water in the air.

83 degrees @ 68% humidity = 89 degree ambient. At 7:30 PM.....

Very nice day here today. Around 80 with a cool wind blowing. No rain today but it will be back tomorrow.

Still a lot of reports of flooding around here... with another inch or two possible by tomorrow evening.
 
the 60's again here. Been like this for quite awhile. Been windy down at the Speedway a lot too.
 
58° - supposed to fall down to 41° tonight and maybe in to the 60s tomorrow. :(

Considering it was 90° the other day, this is another radical shift in the weather. The cold just doesn't want to go away. 3rd straight "below-average" Spring.
 
Dunno what happened to spring, but this is getting rediculous! At least it's cold and gloomy on a Monday, instea dof a weekend. Saturday was 90 and sunny, yesterday was 75 and beautiful!
 
Friday we survived tornado weather all around us. The local track was still able to race. LOL It was beautiful Sat. and Sun. A bit chilly today, but nice. It's 53° amd cloudy.
 
Woke up this morning to MAJOR downpour. Hasn't stopped all day. Yard is basically flooded.
 
45 right now, there was a frost warning this morning, supposed to be another one tonight.....damn it is almost summer
