Turned out great in the end!! JJCobb could have won in that 18 car.
Typical Hamlin. Wipes out the primary, puts the team in a hole, and not a word about it.
These guys are well aware of how many rounds will take them out of spec. I know there was discussion about this after someone else failed earlier this season. In many cases adjustments have to be made in the final pit stop to make sure the car will pass.Huh. I didn't know they could crank one far enough to put it out of tolerance. I learned something today and it's barely 6 AM.
Thanks! That explains why some guys do -MUCH- better after the first stop, then fall off again after the last one. These guys are well aware of how many rounds will take them out of spec. In reality its a good strategy. Do whatever is needed to get the car fast and get track position, then try to hold on for the finishThanks! That explains why some guys do -MUCH- better after the first stop, then fall off again after the last one.
