You know, Road America needs local yellows, I think that the only time, a full course caution should be called here is if the situation requires medical and safety personnel to get to the crash scene, as urgently as possible, other than that, local yellow.

Pushed Tifft right off the track and Bell gave no space for him. Bell was trying to play bully ball, we seen it with Allgaier earlier. Even though I think Bell thought he was clear.
