Wasn’t Mark Martin running Busch Series after being in Cup for a long time? I don’t recall you complaining about Mark.
Martin’s first Cup race was ‘81, his last Busch/Xfin race was 2012.

I'm with you on that one. We don't even know how much it was off or if it was intentional. Yes, rules are rules and taking the win was correct, but Kyle wasn't under the car himself.

Kyle has raced in 511 combined trucks and xfinity races to date. Mark raced in a combined 261.
Mark won 56 times and only ran a full season once. Usually ran less than half of the season. Kyle has several full seasons under hit belt and usually ran the majority of the season. Because of that he’s earned 100 more wins to date than Mark, at 156 wins.
Comparing the two in these series is foolish.
