Xfinity RACE thread.

Looks like Jones tried to pull a Gaughan restart on Blaney, worked for Gaughan, but Blaney went to school this time

Blaney gets pay even though he didn't mean to. Jones was getting the 22 loose all damn day.

Oh great... Jones hits the part where there's no safer barrier. And yeah Kevin, huge push now to get the barriers up there but far too little too late.

Look at that, another concrete wall that I'm sure data showed was "unlikely to be hit".

boy that thing really snapped around, wonder if he hit those bumps and it pitched him into the wall

Gordon will be meeting with NASCAR execs next week to discuss where they are at with the barriers.

Erik Jones had Ryan Blaney's rear wheels off the ground twice coming out of turn two today and he's talking about the 22's lack of car control. :lol2:

They're not racing for points Kev..

Only one of them is. I think..

Great finish but filthy move by the 33.

That was an exciting finish, oh my god.

Blaney should have dumped him.

He would have been right in doing so too. In fact, I have no idea why Blaney didn't wreck him with that super run he got.

Damn... was hoping Blaney could pull it off but Dillon was very effective in throwing the blocks.

Dillon didn't really do anything wrong. Just protecting the lead.

Yeah he did. It was a dirty block that if the other guy decided to wreck him for it, would have been aplauded for.

It is the last lap but if you block like that, expect to get punted out of the way.

:(

It sure would have been a good time if Blaney had taken it.

He's really lucky he didn't get punted.

3 race wins. That's an amazing stat, guy. You're totally setting this series on fire.

Finally the 24 and 10 footage. ****** aye.

I don't blame Dillon for throwing the block. Wouldn't have blamed Blaney if he had dumped him. It was just two guys going for it. You can't expect the leader to just roll over on the last lap.
