This weeks NASCAR Fan Council survey

In the drivers survey, they gave me the list of drivers and then they just dropped in one of the more polarizing drivers in the middle of the survey? He wasn't originally on the first list, but he was just dropped into the middle of the survey. Anyone else have that experience?

Driver survey - I got Bowyer, Menard, Bayne, Bowman, and Scott. Those five were consistent all the way through. No others until the final round of 'Have you heard of these other guys?'

So it looks like not everyone got the same Drivers, mine was mostly of Xfinity drivers, I think I had one or two Cup drivers.

They don't like it that I drink BL and under no circumstances would switch to Coors light. :D

Won't matter in a couple of months, InBev is supposed to be merging with SABMiller. All the "American" beers will be owned by foreigners. lol

I hate to break it to you, but all the "American beers are all already foreign owned, Inbev is based in Belgium and SABMiller is based in London England.

That's right, I forgot SABMiller was based out of London. I was still thinking they were run out of Colorado, but once Miller bought Coors, it was all moved. Even Coors was only partially based out of Colorado, they had their other headquarters in Montreal.

I have also heard that Inbev is planning on taking on a larger stake in CocaCola so there goes another "American" brand. (I say "American" because every major brand is global now so it is really pointless to call a brand American.)

This is partially why "craft beers" are taking over. People want to drink local, American-made beer. I think that's part of Sam Adams success-coupled with the Patriotic name.

Inbev has started buying those breweries too. They bought Goose Island in IL, Elysian (I think from the Seattle area), and Four Peaks in the Phoenix area.

I don't understand how a company that big can still be profitable. The overhead must be huge. Probably why beer is so expensive these days.

They make it up on the volume! Just like Crazy Eddie's Used Cars! :D

I just received another off beat one. I'm amazed that they haven't barred me from the club. :D

LOL , that was my answer to question 1 ...Why haven't you banned Johali yet ? As usual , no response . I think that 'no response' is where they are missing the boat . Every survey they should answer random responses from members . Just use their initials and say DW asked this and here is our response .

Just filled mine out, Kind of told them what I think of the Chase, caution clock and exfinity heat races, again, oh btw, nothing good about the chase, clock or heat races was my theme.

Do any of you folks ever get a personal response from your surveys?

Never have.

Surprised that Canadians are not allowed. I am going to assume Mexicans aren't either.

Yeah, I don't get that either. There are a lot of NASCAR fans that attend races from north of the border. I'm always checking out the RV plates when we are traveling home from a race, which is normally north bound. Probably a third of what I see are from Canada.

Same here, I got two this week

Heat races would be cool if they had a cash price to them, or cut the field to 30 or something.

Today's was the THIRD one I've received this week.
Wow, lucky you!!!!

I got the one about limiting the Cup Drivers and I honestly forgot what the first one was for :owquitit:

I want say, I guess maybe constantly telling them how much I dont like watching the Cup drivers dominate the X/Truck Series paid off

Agreed. The point of heat races is to only allow the fastest cars to participate in the main event. Having heat races where everyone qualifies for the main event is completely pointless. 2 heat races with 20+ cars each, with only the top 10 finishers in each heat race advancing to the main event would be ideal.
