Should be a good story to watch. Young Todd had a lot of hype coming up but he has had a couple of up and down seasons. Too young to run all of the races the first year, and blown away by all of Sauter's and Moffitt's wins his second. After Gragson who finished second last year moved up to Xfinity, he should be KBM's number 1 driver. I don't see young Harrison Burton in that spot.

NASCAR should just let him run Vegas (hometown) and Charlotte. Definitely no short tracks, those kids need to beat up on each other, without the distraction of a Cup driver with nothing to lose come down to wreck their trucks...

Martinsville is the only short track on that list. Texas and Atlanta are the same 1.5 mile as Vegas and Charlotte.

I never said that Texas and Atlanta were short tracks. Note the period. "Definitely no short tracks" stands on its own.

What I did do was let KyBu run the Vegas track for hometown appeal and as an ambassador of sorts; and Charlotte is also a home race with ties to KyBu and I could see him wanting to run there.

Sponsor.

Man, it must be nice being Matt Crafton.
a lot of it is business. Sauter was like 40 and Moffitt is much younger and he brought a little money compared to Sauter and he's good. It wasn't enough money for Hattori, but he got a pretty good driver out of the deal all said and done. Hill was able to attract a sponsor to help him. It is a shame the trucks haven't found a place for Sauter though. He wins races still and is plenty good, but times are tough.

Good trio of races to do it with.

yeah for sure, that is going to be a good contest. Intermediate, mid, and shortish track and they are one right after the other.
