NFL 2021-22

He had an amazing 17 minute interview today, its worth every second to listen to Cam's honesty about how he's been playing. He's speaking in past tense as well, depending om if Carolina keeps him, I think he retires after this season.

Am I the only one who thinks Baker Mayfield gets a lot of hate for no reason?

Being the first round draft pick as QB has to be nauseating, if he wasn't a first pick of the draft. I think the story would be different.

I like his game, just needs to clean up a few things. Like against the Packers, he legit had three questionable INTs out of the four. Just I feel as if he can play better, but the amount of hate this man gets is on another level.

I don't think it's for no reason. They handed him more weapons than almost any QB in the NFL and he's been subpar at best.

I think it has less to do with the weapons and just being a first overall pick as QB.

He's been the only QB for the Browns to show some sort of resolve as a long-term QB for them. Crazy how Tim Couch, even though to be fair the O-line was awful, was the last led to team to a playoff run. Oddly enough he was the first overall pick of 1999. There was a lot of hype when OBJ and Landry teamed up, but injuries and drama really derailed everything.

It's remarkable that the Dolphins are set to win their seventh straight game. This team was 1-7 at the halfway mark.

A Dallas-Green Bay NFCCG would be interesting. Mike McCarthy revenge game.
I see no way where McCarthy out-coaches Lafleur in a playoff game. Dallas is playing well in spite of McCarthy and there are still occasional locker room murmurs of players not respecting him as a coach.

However, I have a feeling Dallas will not make it beyond the divisional round. Minnesota is a team that will be scary if they get the #6 seed

In honor of the Jags playing the Patriots today:

The Chiefs and Bengals are slinging it up and down the field like a video game.

I don't see AB staying after Brady and Arians sticking their necks out for him.

However, I hope he seriously gets the help he needs.

There is seriously something up with him.
The guy has taken some absolutely vicious hits. CTE is no joke. Brown is nothing like the guy he was earlier in his NFL career or college. He shouldn't be playing football

Bengals win a bizarre ending in which they weren't trying to score a TD at the goal line and instead managed to run the clock out for a FG. They were really flying close to the sun and could have had that backfire on them, but the Chiefs bailed them out with defensive penalties.

Burrow got hurt though.
