Darlington RACE thread ---

Well I thought it was interesting that JJ said Jr told him AFTER the race that the inside was best on the restarts since JJ was in the back all night.. WTF? They can't communicate this before the restarts over the radio????
Chad told him the top was the better line for restarts :idunno: And there's no communication between the drivers.

About 45 minutes ago. Lol

It's on FS1, don't know if that would make a difference for you though. Lol
Oh,....I'm sure we wont get it live here....best I can hope for is delayed...but I'll check right now

Exactly. They view the telemetry data and listen to/watch the on-board videos.
Teammates still openly do this stuff though and NASCAR does nothing about it. They let each other in line frequently on some racetracks...tracks where there is a preferred line, and the leader will take the crappier line if his teammate in 2nd will agree to let him in line.

Some of you need to step away from the computer, put down the adult beverage, and get some air.
You've gone off the deep end.
Yeah, I'm detecting an elevated level of saltiness in this thread. LOL.

Be happy, guys. I just watched a story on FOX 29 right now about a family that lost two of their own to gun violence, and on the way back from the second relative's funeral, the four year old son of the guy that died got hit by a van and was killed.

It's just racing. Let's try and keep things in perspective.

Everything is magnified on a GWC. Fans would lose their minds like they did last year and NASCAR would be forced to do something.

I'm moving onto Supercross. I'll check in later. LOL.

All in all, glad I got to see racecars go in circles... But Gotdammit!

Two awesome races this weekend, and i'm not saying that just because my Nationwide driver won last night and my Cup drivers won and got 2nd tonight. But, it does make me feel good even though i didn't have any hand in making it happen.:D

The cars have always been fast. Even going back to 2011.

Alan sucks at making changes, however.

Dude cannot adapt. How many times has Gordon brought a car that was good in the short and long run? Never in their history.

With how trigger happy NASCAR has gotten with the yellows, he should have more sense to give Gordon something he could work with in the short run.

I disagree with Gordon fans about Alan. I think he is one of the better CCs out there. He sure did light it up with Martin. Maybe he just doesn't work well with Gordon.

Individual talent means little in team sports.

Wasn't supposed to be a jinx. I always have a feeling one driver will have a bad night. This night just thought it be him and it was. Lol

If you have that feeling and it's the 24 you just keep that premonition to yourself.
