Not going to write the kid off, but it's a disgrace that Gibbs gave all of this to that kid and just flat out gave up on Bubba.

Not many people can make the jump from K&N Pro to Xfinity right away. He should've gotten some Truck experience first. But, JGR has never been too good at developing talent.
