Read back through this thread a page or two. The happy ones are blaming the other teams and not where the blame really belongs "Nascar" because their drivers made it out to qualify. Nascar screwed the pooch on this one.

Rules are Rules....you cant be making up rules every other day...If my driver was screwed Id be hoping mad at the CC.

Worst part was I had a **** day at work and the only thing that got me through was knowing there was qualifying tonight....and instead of qualifying we got that trash.

Reck is right on this one. Tech screwed up somewhere and It's easy to blame it on the teams. They couldn't extend qualifying because FS1 had to put the world famous UFC on for It's 12 fans.

C'mon guy. Remember when 31 different cars across both Cup and Nationwide failed inspection at Daytona in 2013 and NASCAR confiscated their roof spacers? When they later came out and said there wouldn't be any penalties since it didn't affect safety and functionality or improve performance?

It really doesn't matter how many times you say it..... People have their minds made up that this is entirely NASCAR's fault. You're not going to do anything to change that.

HALF THE FIELD FAILED FIRST INSPECTION.

Stop acting like this was 1 or 2 teams that failed first inspection then missed qualifying.

NASCAR decided to cut an hour of time off inspection and it showed.

Congrats though, Danica gets to start 18th instead of 30th. That probably means she won't go a lap down until lap 50 of the race instead of immediately.

And they can only be changed when NASCAR decides to change them.....then change them back the next day.
