Silly Season 2025

The fact that Big Machine Racing was able to get a prospect like Nick Sanchez shows you how good of a job Parker Kligerman did in that ride. That's a huge signing for BMR.

He actually raced for BMR a few times in 2022 and did a decent job.

Gosh I can't imagine what this is

I thought he’d end up in a better piece than that. Hopefully his funding goes a long way towards improving that program, they’re gonna need it.
I've been pretty hard on the kid, but now I actually feel sorry for him. Unless that team makes a DRAMATIC improvement, they will finish off his career.

There wasn't any dramatic improvement for the Wood bros. while Burton was there except he hit the jackpot one race, it sure isn't going to happen in the 15 Xfinity except he brings a little money to keep them going. I think the 15 needs him more than he needs them.

Gibbs will be as potent as Hendrick next year with the addition of Chase Briscoe, I can tell you that. Chase Briscoe, Denny Hamlin, Christopher Bell and Ty Gibbs is an insane collection of talent.

I wonder who gets the third 23XI car. I've seen Herbst get mentioned, I think highly of him, even though most people don't.

Ryan Preece is starting to become underrated, I hope he gets consideration for the Spire car. He and Childers are familiar with each other, and would be a huge upgrade over Corey Lajoie.

HMS has two champion drivers, 3 if you include Byron's Xfinity title, and a combined 66 race wins on their roster of 4 drivers.

Gibbs has no champions, and a total of 65 career race wins, 54 of them coming from Hamlin.

On the contrary, JGR has the weakest roster they've ever had since expanding to 3 cars

Truex is a champion? I might be reading this wrong as I havent had lunch yet and I'm a little woozy when I get hungry

Bell is still young and plenty of room to grow, already very successful. Gibbs is one of the best prospects in NASCAR. Briscoe is a very dependable driver. Hamlin is a future hall of famer.

Their line-up reminds me of late 2010's Hendrick when they had young Byron and Elliott. They struggled initially but turned it around. Bell will be the leader of JGR moving forward. I think he'll be a champion soon.

I can't wait to see what Briscoe does in JGR equipment.

Well, that was sort of my point. If you can't run top 10 with Logano in the seat, you have a LOT of work to do.

Is that anything like taking your sister to the prom? I think Briscoe will be a Jones, Kenseth, backstab boot prospect soon. Ol' Joe has to keep in practice. Briscoe is there filling a hole until one of the young and tenders get enough experience for cup. Then it will be we're sorry we can't find a sponsor for Chase.

Makes sense to me. Make the swap now to start building chemistry over the next two months and get a head start on coming out of the gate strong for Daytona.
This. Not to mention Haley has had prior success with the team in its initial Cup forays, and as I pointed out in another topic, Spire really seems to be hitting its stride as of late. On the other hand, RWR has been stagnant. LaJoie has been stagnant. Lol. I was hoping he’d break through a while ago but I fear he is at Ty Dillon status.
