Correct. My answer for people that complain about those hotel rates is that unfortunately, while youre upset about paying that amount, theres 5 other people that have no problem doing it.

I use the Sprint Nascar app on my phone to listen to in-car audio and radio broadcast during the race. Granted the app sucks, and it comes in as a delay (which I correct by timing the TV with my DVR) but its free!
