101 here yesterday, with heat index of 111, it was to say the least oppressive. Going to be hot today too, humidity will be tough to work in today.

Hot 108* on the front porch. I bet it will still be 90* when I go to bed around 11 PM.
112 now forecasted for Friday. 105 Saturday and upper 90s til Tuesday. At least it will cool down at night, upper 60s-low 70s.
We MIGHT see those temps at night around the end of September --- if we're lucky.
Had a couple of very brief rain showers --- maybe 1/4 inch total. Best thing, the temp dropped from 104* to 77*.

92 and humidity in the 60's earlier but it's cooled off to 86 and mid 50's humidity.

It was only 74* this morning --- for about 5 minutes. But the humidity was killer --- wet blanket heavy and thick.

I guess because of all the rain yesterday, it was only 72* this morning. But it was NOT anywhere near cool. The

We're back to 100+ for the foreseeable future and no rain. Summer has returned with a vengeance.

The Blues are flying at the beach for today's dress rehearsal and tomorrow's show. The weather is absolutely perfect for it. They had a 45 minute practice yesterday and they still amaze me after over 60 years of watching them. They also practice here every Tuesday and Wednesday during the season.
