I’ve been drinking Body Armor lately. Lots of vitamins, electrolytes, a bit of coconut water. Seems to help. I start drinking it in the morning before work.It's rough dude, especially when you have to work in it. Today it was more humid, I hydrate in the morning before work, but I sweat that out by 9am, I probably drink a gallon of water easy and a couple of Gatorades at work. Usually we get a few boughts of it, but it's been like this for about 6 weeks. It drains you, last night I went to bed at 8pm. ...tonight could be earlier.
Supposed to be 108 today but only 17% humidity.
