Last year is not a good example of what F1 is. The cars are very fragile compared to a stock car, so they have to be careful when they rub. For a car to not start in the top ten and win is saying something. There are only 22 cars, so that would be like David Gilliland winning a race. It don't happen often. I'm not a fan of the street courses, Valencia, Singapore, but I do like Monaco. They need to bring back re-fueling to the pit stops IMO. There is good racing to be seen, it just isn't for the lead all the time. Why am I a fan? The technology is a big part of it. Getting that kind of performance out of a 92 C.I. engine, limited to 15,000 R.P.M. is amazing. Team orders suck, and it's great to see Massa tell the team he's not moving over for anyone. (happened two races ago) Yes, it has it's shortcomings, but what racing series doesn't. If you want to see a good race, watch one where it's raining. Then you can really see what the drivers bring to the table.
Not sure what that is, but try WWW.allf1.infoAnyone know where to find loop data for the F1 Series? Don't see it on racing-reference.info and a quick Google search turned up nothing.
