8 mins is bad yeah. But not exactly sure an hour would have worked. Could have who knows. But oh well it is what it is.

Now that I can agree with. If it's already the start time that's you tell everyone about plenty of time ahead of time.

Here's the radar. Dover is the plus (+) north of the 113 sign. You can see a small blob of dark green north of Dover. That may be where the track is located.

Most of the light green south of Dover is ground clutter, not actual rain.

So they wouldn't have been able to move up an hour then if it's 24 hour notice. Guess I'm right this time.
