This is kind of splitting hairs. The only non restrictor plate win that hasn’t been won by Penske/Gibbs was bowman at Chicago. In F1 two different teams have won, and Vettel should have won a month ago. Considering nascar butchered this racing package for “parity” that isn’t good. Cream rises to the top regardless but still
