Ryan Preece and short tracks
Come on, man. Long way to go.
You waited this long.
I'm not giving up on Preece. But first stage was pretty ho-hum based on the radio broadcast and the comments here.

No it was very fastIs it just me, or is this race just flying by? Of course, this 3rd stage may get rowdy.
I have a cousin at COTA for the race. The MotoGP race was memorable already.
Whew. Of all the things I could get justifiably banned for, that would be the most Al Capone and hilarious way for me to go out.No spillage, thank goodness. You're excused.
Not many cautions so far they will make up for it during the last 50 laps.Is it just me, or is this race just flying by? Of course, this 3rd stage may get rowdy.
Probably not when you add in the expected 15 GWC lapsFuel window is 175-190 laps, starting back with 207 to go, wonder if anyone tries it.
I am all Team @Speedbowl14 right now. Go Preece, I want this for you!!!!
I don't know what he's doing right now, but I read that he's usually a left foot braker.Did they mention if Chase is braking with his left or right foot?
Probably not the break one.Did they mention if Chase is braking with his left or right foot?
I know I'm mad. Washer drain popped out and spayed water everywhere. Better than hour of cleanup. Of course it soaked all the kitchen towels and rags. Kitchen floor (fake hardwood) will be exploding soon...I think tempers are beginning to show themselves.
If they said left leg, they got the right one...Did they mention if Chase is braking with his left or right foot?
I think almost all of them brake with their left foot normally, right foot braking is very rare in racing nowadays as far as I know.I don't know what he's doing right now, but I read that he's usually a left foot braker.
I know that feel, bro. I was a Jeff and Ward Burton fan long before anyone knew who the heck they were because I watched them race late models at South Boston and Orange County. I remember the stares and wtf looks I got when I went to the Coke 600 in 1994 (?) wearing a Ward Burton Hardees shirt. On the bad side, Jeff Gordon won his first race. On the positive side, my smoking future wife went with me wearing a tank top. Life is often good. Thanks! Saw him race in Connecticut and the northeast for many many years! Hometrack driver for sure. Many memories of him, Rocco, Pennink, and the late, great Ted Christopher run weekly at Stafford for some of the best years of modified racing.
The real question is did Dr. Evil (Mr. H) give him a lidocaine block in that knee prerace.Probably not the break one.
You think drivers are afraid of getting penalized if they move him out of the way, now that Nascar seems to pick and choose what the rules are.Keselowski is holding a lot of guys up
It's crazy. I left foot brake in iRacing or any racing game, but I try left foot braking in real life and my fat forehead is in the windshield.I think almost all of them brake with their left foot normally, right foot braking is very rare in racing nowadays as far as I know.
There's no penalty for holding position. He has a full second over Larson. You think drivers are afraid of getting penalized, now that Nascar seems to pick and choose what the rules are.
I had some hopes after Richmond but not a lot happened since I tuned in. I don't think I've seen any passes except for the two by Denny. This package wont be around long.
Denny.Has anyone even made any passes since the start of stage 3?
No with shifting you just can't build runsYou think drivers are afraid of getting penalized if they move him out of the way, now that Nascar seems to pick and choose what the rules are.
I wasn't really talking about the 6... I meant in general. Don't see many bump and runs going on today. Or the cars are just to even. Just a boring race I guessThere's no penalty for holding position. He has a full second over Larson.
I was hoping the 41 would resume where he belongs, but he's half a second slower a lap than ol' Gimpy in the 9 so I'm bummed. I know my guy can't win, so I want the feel good story. Not fricking 10k Dennis.2 crap cars in a battle for the lead.
11 to the point.
They keep tweaking aero. Until they look at those HUGE tires and brakes, and that transmission, nothing will change. If they insist on these gear ratios and 5 speeds, then at least go back to an analog transmission and clutch so that there is a penalty for blowing entry and grabbing 4th. I want to see a guy tap dancing on pedals instead of just reaching over after saying "oops, too deep."I had some hopes after Richmond but not a lot happened since I tuned in. I don't think I've seen any passes except for the two by Denny
